The Invisso Future Leaders’ initiative is about recognising and developing talent.
This workshop is aimed at individuals who are looking to advance in their careers and to network with like-minded peers. The session is for all those looking to take the next step in their careers – as well as those that have been identified by their seniors as the ‘next generation’ of leaders in their market.
Recognising & Developing Talent
The workshop will provide Future Leader participants with critical insights from industry legends through retrospectives on their careers, as well as equip them with the skills and knowledge of how to build a successful and sustainable career-path through soft skill development across leadership and management, mentor/mentee-ship, personal branding, work/life balance and more.
The workshop is FREE to attend, however places are limited to 70 participants, and we ask that all delegates registered to the workshop attend the entirety of the session (from 09.30 – 1pm) so as to not take up the place of another prospective participant.
Guide
The general rule for participation in the Future Leaders initiative is to be within the first 8 to 10 years (or below) of your professional career, at the maximum of (recent) VP level, or equivalent.
Investor Participants | Junior Portfolio Manager Level, and Below
Bank Participants | Associate to (recent) Vice President Level, and Below.
Legal Participants | Mid to (recent) Senior Associate Level, and Below.
