Pledge Path

Pledge Path uses AI to help lenders and borrowers manage borrowing bases for asset-based credit facilities. We digitize credit agreements, connect facility terms to collateral data, and handle borrowing-base calculations, reporting, deliverables, and collateral surveillance. Pledge Path provides an AI interface for analyzing the collateral pool, borrowing base, and facility terms, including the effect of an amendment. Each answer is tied back to the underlying data and credit terms.
