The International Stock Exchange (TISE) is a leading European venue for international securitization and CLO listings. TISE is uniquely positioned within the European time zone but outside the EU and UK. More than 2,000 issuers from 35+ countries list over 4,000 bonds on TISE’s Qualified Investor Bond Market (QIBM).
QIBM is the number one market in Europe for listing high yield bonds and private equity debt and lists cross-border securitization transactions backed by a range of asset classes and with prominent deals from major international banks. QIBM also provides a bespoke offering for listing warehouse financings, CLO transactions and refinancings.
