With over 15 years of experience in the  financial industry, Wen has led global  initiatives across securitization and  private credit, spanning RMBS, ABS,  CLO, CMBS, esoteric and private credit  transactions. She has played a pivotal  role in shaping business strategy,  advancing modeling and analytics  capabilities, and leading AI transformation efforts. Wen is passionate  about leveraging emerging technologies  to drive industry efficiency, transparency,  and innovation—making a lasting impact across teams, business units, and the  broader financial ecosystem. 

Prior to joining Moody’s, Wen worked at  Citi Group Global Markets. Wen holds an  M.S. in Finance from the State University  of New York at Buffalo and a B.S. in Economics from the University of  International Business and Economics  (UIBE). She has completed a Master’s  degree in Applied Science in Computer  Science at the University of Pennsylvania.
