Tom Neagle is a Managing Director at Mizuho Americas, joining in 2013.  He is currently responsible for the origination & execution of new securitization warehouse programs.  Tom covers Financial Sponsors, Financial Institutions, Technology, media & Telecom, and Energy. 

He has experience across all on-the-run asset classes, with a primary focus on consumer assets.  Tom’s advised clients in bringing new securitization programs to the market across unsecured consumer loans, private & refi student loans, buy-now-pay later, and credit cards. 

Tom has 20 years of securitization & structured finance experience and has arranged and closed multi-billion securitization programs, sale lease-back structures, and cross boarder securitization programs.   

Tom holds is B.A. in Economics from Knox College.
