Tom Neagle is a Managing Director on the Securitized Products Origination team. Tom’s responsible for the origination, structuring, execution, and syndication of flow securitization / warehouse programs.  He’s led broadly syndicated transactions across Consumer Loans, BNPL, Credit Cards, Student Loans, Handsets, Trade A/R, and Equipment Lease.  Tom’s advised clients on optimizing warehouse structures, partnering with 3 rd party forward flow providers, and financing whole loan / back book purchasers for Financial Sponsors & Asset Managers.  Tom has worked at Mizuho for the past 11 years, and has been a securitization banker for the past 22 years.  Tom has his B.S. in Economics from Knox College.
