
Todd Forgione
Mr. Forgione is a Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald with over 20 years of experience in the structured products industry. In his current role, he is responsible for originating, structuring, and executing securitization and financing solutions across consumer and esoteric asset classes, serving both first-time and repeat issuers.
Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald, Mr. Forgione held investment banking positions at RBC Capital Markets and Morgan Stanley, where he advised clients on a wide range of structured finance and capital markets transactions. He also served as a Chief Executive under Secretary DeVos, where he was the first portfolio manager for the U.S. Department of Education’s $1.6 trillion federal student loan portfolio.
Mr. Forgione earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House New York.
