Shubhendu (Shub) Kudaisya is responsible for U.S. Middle Market Financing at Societe Generale, where he focuses on the structuring and execution of financing facilities and warehouse transactions. In this role, he works closely with the bank's banking and syndication teams on the execution of Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and other financing solutions.

Prior to joining Societe Generale in 2021, Shub spent 15 years at HSBC in Structured Finance. Since 2015, he specialized in structuring and trading Middle Market Lending (MML) and Private Credit transactions. During his tenure, he also gained extensive experience across a range of asset classes, including residential mortgage finance and Significant Risk Transfer (SRT) transactions.

With deep expertise in structured finance, private credit and capital markets execution, Shub brings more than two decades of experience in developing and executing innovative financing solutions for middle market and institutional clients.
