Shanu Yadav is Managing Partner at Fidem Credit Advisors (FCA), where she leads investment strategy, portfolio construction, and capital deployment across the fund's platform. She serves on FCA's Investment Committee, with oversight of underwriting standards, deal approval, and portfolio risk management. Shanu also heads the firm's investor relations and capital formation, partnering with pensions, insurers, endowments, and family offices that align long-term capital with the firm's private credit and specialty-finance opportunities.

Prior to FCA, Shanu led Corporate Development with a focus on Fintech, bringing extensive experience across Corporate Development, Strategy, Investments, and Partnerships. She has worked across financial services companies and venture backed startups on transactions ranging from $200 million to over $1 billion, overseeing the full lifecycle of investment activity, from origination and underwriting to structuring, negotiation, and portfolio management, working closely with originators, co investors, and institutional partners.

Shanu holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Stanford University, a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, and a BA (Honors) from the University of Delhi.
