Scott Swerdloff is a partner in Dentons' US Capital Markets practice. He represents issuers, underwriters and servicers in public and private offerings of residential mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities, including public and private resecuritizations. Scott also assists clients in domestic and offshore, pass-through and debt, on-balance-sheet and off-balance-sheet transactions, with a variety of structures and credit enhancement features, that are backed by prime, Alt-A, subprime, closed-end second lien, HELOC, reverse mortgage and seasoned loans.
