Roger Yao is the Managing Director of Non-Agency RMBS Trading and Head of RMBS Syndicate. With over 22 years of experience in trading, banking, and structuring Non- Agency RMBS, he brings deep industry expertise and leadership to his role. Roger joined Mizuho in 2011 to spearhead the development of the firm’s Non-Agency RMBS Trading platform. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
