Peter Sweeney is a Managing Director in Capital One’s Financial Institutions Group (FIG), focused on providing capital solutions for middle market direct lenders and private credit managers. He has extensive experience originating, structuring, and executing warehouses, private term securitizations and MM CLOs. Prior to his time at Capital One, Peter was at BMO Capital Markets, where he spent time in a number of groups, including the US Securitization Group and Debt Products Group. He has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from the University of Notre Dame. Peter is also a CFA Charterholder.
