Paul Kjelsberg represents corporate trust departments of banks engaged in providing services for a wide variety of structures and assets. He has extensive experience working with financial institutions and service providers on transactions involving collateralized loan obligations, collateralized fund obligations, and commercial mortgage-backed securities, among others. Paul also advises clients on the rights, remedies, and obligations of parties in distressed and defaulted securitizations and debt transactions, including enforcement, foreclosure, and litigation matters. Additionally, he has worked on numerous refinacings, redemptions, amendments, and restructurings of existing transactions.
