Patrick “PJ” Hart is Deputy Chief Investment Officer and Head of Underwriting & Lending at ATLAS SP. PJ works closely with the CIO and Head of Origination to develop and implement our investment strategy. PJ also helps oversee non-recourse lending. He serves as a member of the ATLAS SP Executive Committee.

Prior to joining ATLAS SP, PJ was Head of the Conduit and Warehouse Financing in the Securitized Products Group at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2014. Before this, PJ worked in various positions at First Republic Investment Management and Lehman Brothers/Barclays.

PJ received his BS in Civil Engineering with a minor in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
