In his role as CEO of Produce Pay, Patrick McCullough brings over 25 years of corporate leadership experience. His career has encompassed a variety of sectors, including energy, oil & gas, industrial equipment, building products, and the automotive industry.

McCullough has held leadership positions in several Fortune 500 companies, including Ford Motor Company, Berkshire Hathaway, and Just Energy – gaining deep expertise in international business development, structuring, and joint ventures.

His global experience spans across Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, India, and the Americas. Prior to assuming his role as CEO, he was a serving member of the board for two years. In this capacity, he contributed significantly to advancing the company's revenue and quadrupling the platform's gross value to nearly $4 billion in 2023.

As CEO of ProducePay, McCullough leverages his extensive experience and knowledge to drive the company's mission and operations forward. He is instrumental in scaling the company’s Predictable Commerce Platform globally, enhancing agricultural trade, and reducing volatility in the supply chain.

McCullough holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in International Business from the University of Notre Dame.
