Ms. Naporano is a Managing Director and Head of Debt Capital Markets & Syndicate at Brean Capital, where she leads the firm’s fixed income origination and distribution across financial institutions, specialty finance, and structured products. Ms. Naporano has over 20 years of experience across investment banking, trading, and institutional sales. She advises issuers and investors on capital formation strategies and has executed a broad range of fixed income and structured transactions. Prior to joining Brean Capital, Ms. Naporano spent nine years at KBW in both the Fixed Income Research Group and on the trading desk, covering banks, insurance companies, and structured products. She later held a senior role at Susquehanna International Group, marketing fixed income products to institutional investors. She began her career at White Mountain Advisors, focusing on credit analysis. Ms. Naporano received a B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
