Noah Cooper is Chief Investment Officer, Head of Capital Solutions Group at Cross River. In this role he oversees the capital solutions Cross River provides its fintech partners across the capital stack via the Group’s principal finance and strategic advisory groups. Noah began his career in the Structured Products Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. From there, he joined the fintech bank, Laurel Road, to lead its capital markets and strategy effort. Outside of his roles in financial services, Noah previously served as the President and Co-Founder of the healthcare non-profit, Hearts of ECMO and the President of the Columbia University Athletics Alumni board. Noah holds a B.A. from Columbia University.
