Nancy leads the investment research efforts within the Financial Institutions Group. Nancy joined Capital One in 2017, bringing 25 years of experience in various leadership roles in structured finance, strategic risk and large bank regulatory supervision. Most recently, she served as VP in the Risk Specialists Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, where she managed a System team responsible for developing analytics to examine market trends and wholesale lending activities of large banks. Prior to her time at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Nancy was employed with ABN Amro Bank N.V. where she held a variety of positions in the Corporate Banking Division and Structured Finance Group. Notably, Nancy structured over $8 billion in securitization commitments across a variety of asset classes funded through the bank’s commercial paper conduit programs and in the ABS markets, before serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Financial Institutions & Trading Credit Risk Management for North America. Nancy holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Iowa, and an M.M. with majors in Management & Strategy and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
