Michael Silberfeld is a Senior Manager in Audit and Assurance’s Securitization market offering. He has twenty years of experience and expertise in agreed-upon procedures engagements, which are conducted in accordance with attestation standards established by the AICPA. Michael is primarily focused on mortgage-backed and asset-backed securitization products with various cash flow structures backed by a variety of assets. He is responsible for the execution of attest transactions of various subject matters while working with issuers, attorneys and underwriters to finalize the related offering documents for many top clients of the firm.
