Megan Dwyer is a Managing Director in the Structured Products Origination group at Guggenheim Securities. Megan advises clients in a range of consumer and commercial asset classes including credit cards, unsecured consumer loans, student loans, agricultural loans and mortgages, towers and digital infrastructure, and venture debt. In particular, Megan focuses on new securitization platform development, structuring of master trust vehicles, structured private placements, and other complex situations. Prior to joining Guggenheim in 2018, Megan was an investment banker in the Global Securitized Products group at Citigroup executing securitization and financing transactions. 

Megan graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a BS / BA dual degree in Economics from the Wharton School and Biology from the College of Arts and Sciences.
