Mark Fair, FRM has more than two decades of investing experience and is currently a Senior Portfolio Manager at Venerable, an industry leading variable annuity company. Mark is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership support along with overseeing the Venerable general account investment portfolios which are valued at approximately $17 billion (as of 6/30/2024). He regularly leads discussions around the assessment of emerging asset classes. Mark previously worked at SEI Investments where he engineered and deployed bespoke liability-driven investing hedging strategies using a range of fixed-income instruments. He held several senior trading and portfolio management roles during his tenure there.

Mark holds a B.S. from York College of Pennsylvania and an MBA (with Honors) from the Villanova School of Business.  He is a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
