Vice President, Computershare Corporate Trust

Leigh Taylor is a vice president with Computershare Corporate Trust.  He leads a team of Relationship Managers in commercial and hybrid document custody, who are responsible for the coordination of delivery, review and safekeeping of commercial and hybrid collateral documents for closings, fundings and securitization.  Leigh began his career in the structured products industry with Prudential Home Mortgage, leading an origination team.  In 1996, he joined Norwest Mortgage in Post-Closing operations, moving to Norwest Bank’s Corporate Trust group prior to Norwest’s merger with Wells Fargo in 1998, and Wells Fargo’s 2022 sale of their Corporate Trust group to Computershare. 

For more than three decades, Leigh has focused on creating high-performing, dynamic teams that work well together to provide their clients with best-in-class service.  Leigh’s team partners with hundreds of firms in today’s shifting marketplace, establishing industry standards for custody of new products including CRE/CLO and Note on Note loans, as well as navigating the ever-shifting regulatory landscape.

Leigh has been involved in supporting the Environmental, Social and Governance initiatives of Computershare and several personal volunteer efforts; he has also received multiple company awards for his work in Corporate Trust.
