Lauren Miller began her career at RBS followed by seven years working at Barclays. For her entire career she has been focused on originating and structuring non-traditional asset-backed securitizations. Most recently, Lauren joined Morgan Stanley in 2021 and is currently a Managing Director and the head of Esoteric ABS within the Structured Products Capital Markets group. She specializes in structuring transactions across multiple asset classes including residential and enterprise fiber, data centers, wireless towers, franchise royalties and triple net lease. Over the course of her career, she has structured 144A, 4(a)2 and M&A financing vehicles across asset classes. She has originated over 60 transactions accounting for more than $100 billion of debt.
