Krystal Lo is an Executive Director and Deal Lead on the J.P. Morgan Global CLO Primary team. She focuses on structuring and originating U.S. Broadly Syndicated and Private Credit CLOs. She is also an active member of the J.P. Morgan Women in Credit Financing & Syndicate Group and previously served on the Americas Analyst & Associate Development Council (AADC). In 2026, she was named the Commercial & Investment Bank Women’s Bond Club Rising Star. Based in the NYC office, Krystal joined the firm in 2016 and spent 2021-2022 in the London office, structuring European CLOs. Krystal graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Economics and minor in music.
