Kevin Jackson
Kevin D. Jackson is currently a Managing Director and Head of Structured Products Trading Desk Strategy within Wells Fargo’s Corporate & Investment Bank.
Prior to Joining Wells Fargo Securities, Kevin was a Director of Convexity Products within the Global Rates Trading Group at Merril Lynch , a position he held between August 2007 and May 2010. He was previously a Vice President and Interest Rate Strategist in the Capital Markets Group at the Royal Bank of Canada in New York. Kevin has spent his 28 year career in the mortgage business. He started his career as a Fixed-Income Associate at UBS Securities in New York, and then moved on to become a Mortgage-Backed Securities analyst at Fannie Mae and then a Bond Portfolio Analyst at Freddie Mac in both enterprises Retained Portfolio Investment Groups. Kevin then moved to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage where he was the Prepayment and Mortgage Strategy Director prior to joining the Royal Bank.
Kevin received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a concentration in Applied Mathematics from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York. He also holds Master’s degrees in both Economics and Statistics from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and is Series 7 and 63 licensed.
