Mr. Brown is a Managing Director of OFS Capital Management, LLC as well as Orchard First Source Capital, Inc. (“OFSC”). He is responsible for leading the underwriting and credit monitoring functions as well as managing relationships with Agent/Investment Banks for the Broadly Syndicated Loan Group.  Mr. Brown is also a member of the Structured Credit Investment Committee.

Mr. Brown’s experience spans more than 25 years working in leveraged finance and public accounting. Prior to joining OFSC, Mr. Brown held positions at GE Antares Capital, a middle market agent lender for private equity backed transactions, First Source Financial, a middle market lender focused on direct and participation interests, and Arthur Andersen LLP, a national public accounting firm.

Mr. Brown holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, with concentrations in Finance and Strategic Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Mr. Brown also earned his CPA certification.
