Justin Becker is a Vice President of Credit Ratings at Morningstar DBRS, a global rating agency. He focuses on US RMBS and specializes in rating Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) and Closed-End Seconds (CES) transactions. He began working at Morningstar DBRS in 2017, and during his tenure, he has been involved with rating hundreds of securitizations across various US RMBS subsectors, including HELOC, CES, Non-QM, Prime, Seasoned Performing and Reperforming, GSE CRT, and MILN. Justin also contributes to model and methodology development, as well as various research efforts.
