John Berczuk is Senior Vice President of the Computershare Corporate Trust Services Account Oversight Group.

Mr. Berczuk is responsible for the Servicer Management, Payment Analysis, External Matters and Inquiries, Internal Controls and Analysis and Business Risk Mitigation teams. He is also the primary contact for the RMS Rating Agency relationships. In his role Mr. Berczuk works with various structured finance divisions to ensure timely resolution of inquiries, issues, and deal party transitions. Mr. Berczuk is also the co- chair of the SFA Servicer/Master Servicer Committee. Prior to his current role, Mr. Berczuk led the RMS and ABS Servicer Management teams. Prior to joining Computershare/Wells Fargo in 2007, John spent three years as the Vice President of Operations at LPS National Asset Management. His previous tenure includes various Default positions at First American, Provident, CitiFinancial and The Associates.

Mr. Berczuk, a graduate of the University of Maryland and has over 30 years of Servicing and Real Estate experience.
