Jim Egan is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he is the US Housing Strategist and Co-Head of Securitized Products Strategy. Jim has been a member of the Morgan Stanley Fixed Income Research department for 17 years, covering Non-agency RMBS, CMBS, ABS and CLOs in addition to his focus on the US Housing market. Prior to working in research, Jim worked as a trader in Morgan Stanley's Securitized Products Group.
