Jim Egan is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he is the US Housing Strategist and Co-Head of Securitized Products Strategy. In addition to US Housing, he focuses on securitized credit markets including Non-Agency RMBS and CMBS, ABS, and CLOs. Prior to working in research, Jim worked as a trader in Morgan Stanley’s Securitized Products Group. Jim joined Morgan Stanley in 2008.
