Jie Liang is the Sector Lead in S&P Global Ratings’ U.S. Structured Finance Esoteric ABS group. The practice focuses on transportation, digital infrastructure, triple-net lease, whole business, small business, future flows, and other non-traditional assets. Since joining S&P in 2011, Jie has worked extensively on various traditional and non-traditional ABS asset types and has rated multiple U.S. data center ABS transactions since 2018. Most recently, Jie led the development of S&P’s global data center ABS criteria.

Jie received her MBA from New York University and BBA from Baruch College – the City University of New York. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
