Jay Park is an Executive Director at of UBS Asset Management in the Credit Investments Group (CIG). Mr. Park joined CIG in 2022 and is responsible for analyzing and negotiating CLO documentation. Prior to joining CIG, Mr. Park was in the General Counsel function of Credit Suisse primarily providing legal coverage of CIG’s CLO management business. Prior to joining Credit Suisse in 2015, Mr. Park was a Structured Finance and Derivatives associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Prior to that, Mr. Park practiced as a corporate and securities litigation associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Mr. Park holds a B.A. in History from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
