Jason Dyro is the Chief Executive Officer of Agentis Financial, established in 2024 as a stand-alone operating company spun out of Fidem Financial to expand market reach and diversify enterprise revenue. He served as Fidem's Chief Operating Officer through the transition and now leads Agentis, where the team brought a live origination, issuing, and servicing ecosystem to market within nine months of formation.

He has spent 25 years across the payments stack – rails, issuing, acceptance, and tokenization – and is a named inventor on two U.S. patents in QR-code payment tokenization. As US Country CEO at Home Credit Group, he led the build of a Banking-as-a-Service platform serving more than 11 million customers and $7 billion in consumer loans. Earlier, at UMB Bank, he executed more than 1,000 BaaS partner agreements in 36 months.

He has worked directly with the Federal Reserve, FDIC, and CFPB, and is currently focused on what agent-mediated payments and lending mean for issuers.
