Gregg Jubin is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office, practicing in both Washington and New York. With over three decades of experience, Gregg focuses on finance transactions and securitization structures, including asset-backed lending transactions (ABLs), collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), rated feeders, collateralized fund obligations (CFOs), repackaging transactions, total return swaps and other types of bespoke financings.

Gregg represents a broad range of clients including investment banking firms, commercial banks, broker dealers, insurance companies and other financial institutions. He also represents sponsors, asset managers and collateral managers of CLOs. His practice includes structuring and organizing onshore and offshore funds, master/feeder funds and other investment vehicles, as well as developing, negotiating and documenting a wide variety of financial products. Gregg also provides strategic counsel with respect to compliance with the Investment Company Act, the Investment Advisers Act, the Securities Act of 1933, and other federal and state securities and commodities laws and regulations.

His work has been recognized through multiple award-winning deals for leading financial institutions, and he is consistently ranked among the top capital markets lawyers by ILFR1000, Chambers Global, and Chambers USA.

Greg received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and Moot Court Board.
