Erald Sakiqi is a partner in the New York City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Erald advises market participants on complex securitizations, CLOs, digital infrastructure financings and private credit and asset-backed credit facilities. Erald also advises on a broad range of financing activities utilizing structured finance technology, including the formation of complex investment vehicles, such as rated note feeder structures, CFOs and other capital-efficient investment products.
