Devin Norales is a director for the Mortgage and Capital Markets team in FICO’s Scores division. He has extensive knowledge in the mortgage secondary and capital markets space. He works with mortgage investors, including broker dealers, to help drive the adoption of all of FICO’s products, including its latest score, FICO® Score 10 T.
Before joining FICO, Devin led a capital markets team for a mid-size lender focusing on trading, hedging interest rate risk and loan execution. While at Premier Lending, Devin helped foster relationships with Fannie/Freddie while also building out a sizeable servicing portfolio. Before moving to Premier, he helped lead a risk management system migration for Cardinal Financials’ $2 billion pipeline and also led its asset sales team. He started his career at Movement Mortgage, working with its finance team before transitioning to a secondary role that included managing its lock desk and eventually trading/hedging its pipeline while it experienced significant growth. Devin holds a B.S.B.A. in finance from the University of North Carolina Charlotte.
