David Stolzar is a Managing Director and Head of Specialty Finance within the Financial Institutions Group at TD Securities, based in New York.  He advises clients across the Specialty Finance and Fintech verticals on M&A and capital raising transactions.

David joined TD Securities in September 2023 from Credit Suisse, where he spent 18 years in a variety of roles, most recently as Head of Specialty Finance in the FIG group, based in New York.  From 2014-2018, he was based in London, where he launched Credit Suisse’s Specialty Finance vertical in EMEA and also spent several years as a Managing Director in the Securitized Products Group.

David received a BA in Applied Math and Economics from Harvard University.  He lives in Manhattan with his wife and son, and is an avid marathon runner.
