Background:

Ms. Tjoe is a Partner in KPMG’s Structured Finance practice with over 20 years of experience in the banking and finance industry including extensive experience in capital markets for structured finance products. Her skill set includes providing attestation and advisory services to securitization-related business operations and regulatory compliance.

Professional and industry experience:

• Led securitization transaction services related to the analysis and execution of asset-backed securities issuances, including evaluation of the credit risk retention fair value analysis. Asset classes included: auto loans, auto leases, floorplan leases, student loans, consumer loans, residential mortgages, data centers, property tax liens, credit risk transfers synthetic securitization transactions;

• Spearheaded warehouse facility readiness assessment and verification services focusing on operational review for capital market lifecycle, including securitization, warehouse financing operations, and investor compliance;

• Led verification agent services for credit linked note transactions involving warehouse facility for residential mortgages and capital call facility.

• Engagement Quality Review Partner for consulting project related to credit risk transfer optimization program for a major US bank.

• Led internal audit co-sourcing engagement specialty finance companies, focusing on end-to-end capital markets area including consumer lending, credit risk, enterprise risk management, securitization, and model risk management;

• Led advisory services to clients in assessing readiness for Regulation AB compliance that included performing walkthroughs, gap analyses and remediation recommendations;

• Led attestation engagement related to servicing compliance with the governing documents (i.e., lending agreement, insurance agreement, servicing agreement)
