Christine Dalton
Christine Dalton is a Director in S&P Global Ratings’ U.S. Structured Finance Ratings business, practicing for the past nine years and serves as a leader in the corporate securitization sector. In addition to this sector, Christine has extensive experience in analyzing and rating timeshare, tobacco, triple net lease, other esoteric, muni and solar assets.
Christine began her ABS career in 1996 at S&P, focusing on esoteric structured finance. After leaving S&P, Christine then spent many years in banking working on various asset types including standard securitizations, CLOs, timeshares, equipment, aircraft and timeshares. She left NYC in 2006 and was active in real estate development and consulting in the Florida Keys and eventually returned to S&P after almost 20 years from her initial start date.
Christine graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and was credit trained at Chase Manhattan Bank.
