Bryan Eichenbaum has spent his entire 30-year career in the financial and banking sector and currently serves as Chief Lending Officer of American Heritage Credit Union (‘American Heritage’). He joined American Heritage in 2015 as Vice President of Consumer Lending and, over his ten-year tenure, has helped drive historic growth. Under his leadership, loan balances, total assets, and membership have each more than doubled. Additionally, American Heritage has been recognized by Forbes as a Best-in-Class Credit Union in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

In addition to overseeing lending strategy, Bryan has spearheaded American Heritage’s entry into the securitization marketplace, positioning the credit union as an industry leader. In November 2024, he directed the credit union’s first successful auto loan securitization, establishing a scalable funding platform to support future growth. Building on that success, Bryan led American Heritage’s second landmark securitization in August 2025 and its third successful securitization in July 2026. These milestone achievements have further strengthened balance sheet diversification and demonstrated the credit union’s thought leadership in capital markets.

Prior to joining American Heritage, from 1993 to 2003, Bryan held key roles at three publicly traded banks: First Fidelity Bank, Summit Bancorp, and Dime Savings Bank. Over the past 20 years, he has served in several senior credit union leadership roles, with expertise concentrated in sales, lending operations, and strategic development.

Bryan earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management Information Systems from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University. He went on to attain dual master’s degrees, a Master of Science in Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration in Finance, both from Saint Peter’s University. He also attained his CUNA Management School executive certification from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2022.
