Brandon Grant is a Managing Director and Senior Originator in the Structured Finance Group (SFG) at SMBC Nikko, with a primary focus on the auto and equipment ABS sectors. Prior to joining SMBC, Brandon spent 13 years at Mizuho, where he helped launch the bank’s ABS platform. Brandon has covered issuers across the auto, equipment, credit card, student loan, consumer loan, and cell tower ABS sectors, advising them on market dynamics and transaction strategies. He has worked on over 400 ABS deals in an Active Bookrunning capacity, including over 70 Structuring Lead assignments. Brandon has a Master’s in Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Georgia.
