Bill Fedyna has 23 years of structuring and trading experience specializing in ABS and structured finance.  Bill is the Global Co-Head of the Structured Product Group, which is responsible for the structuring and trading of ABS, CLOs, and other securitized assets.  Bill leads the team doing all new issuance activity on risk transfer transactions and other asset classes including autos, corporate loans, insurance-linked receivables, C-PACE loans, pre-settlement advances, and other esoteric receivables. 

Prior to Stifel, Bill was a Managing Director at Sterne Agee, which Stifel acquired in 2015, also co-heading the Structured Products Group.  Prior to that, Bill worked at Chapdelaine Credit Partners, co-founding the Structured Products Group, and prior to that spent ~8 years at Merrill Lynch both in New York and London, working on structured finance teams focusing on credit correlation, illiquid assets, and restructurings.

Bill was educated at Princeton University, graduating cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and certificates in both Applied Mathematics and Finance, and at Oxford University, where he received a MSc. in Applied & Computational Mathematics.
