Andrew Butville is Sector Lead for ABS within MetLife Investment Management’s Structured Finance team. He is responsible for underwriting, research and strategy for both consumer and commercial assets within the ABS portfolio.

Prior to joining MIM in 2018, Andrew was a lead analyst at Moody’s responsible for rating commercial and esoteric ABS. Prior to Moody’s, he worked at Santander structuring and selling interest rate and foreign exchange derivatives. Andrew started his career as an attorney in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Milbank. 

Andrew earned a J.D. from New York University and an M.B.A. in Finance and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a CFA® charterholder.
