Amit Shrivastava is a Director at Societe Generale, where he heads the structuring and analytics efforts for Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) and Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS). His expertise spans a wide range of asset classes, including auto, consumer, equipment, CPACE, small business and esoteric assets. Before joining Societe Generale, Amit served as a Vice President in Truist's Structured Products team, where he led structuring efforts for several left-lead mandates. Prior to that, he has 15+ years of experience in modeling, pricing and analytics across buy-side, sell-side, and consulting roles, beginning with RMBS trading at Bank of America.

Amit holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
