As Head of Product Management for Wilmington Trust’s international Corporate Trust & Agency business, Alan, along with his team, is responsible for defining and communicating product strategy, product innovation & development, optimizing efficiency, and managing the resources to support existing and new products.

Alan has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry in both onshore and offshore jurisdictions, specializing in a broad array of corporate trust transactions, including structured finance (including ABS and equipment finance), entity management, SPVs, and loan agency.

Prior to joining Wilmington Trust in 2004, Alan served as manager and head of special purpose vehicles for Dresdner Bank Lateinamerika AG in the Cayman Islands. Alan also worked as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Ireland and the Cayman Islands. Alan is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, and he completed his training with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dublin.
