As the product leader for our Asset and Mortgage Back Securities businesses of Wilmington Trust, Adam is responsible for the overall management of the product line to help ensure our clients are provided with quality service on their securitizations and other financing transactions. Adam joined Wilmington Trust in 2008 and has held numerous roles within the Global Capital Markets, with most of his time being part of the Structured Finance business. Prior to his current role, Adam lead Wilmington Trust’s document custody and eVault business successfully transforming the product into a key line of business for the firm. Prior to document custody, Adam was an instrumental part of the broader team who built and launched the Wilmington Trust CLO and Loan Administration platform. Adam holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in accounting from Widener University. Adam is based in Wilmington, DE.
