Adam Bareham
Adam Bareham is a Managing Director in EY’s Structured Finance Advisory Services practice with over 25 years of experience advising financial institutions, asset managers and investors on valuation, pricing and risk assessment for complex structured finance and illiquid assets.
His clients have included global investment banks, securitization issuers, REITs and hedge funds. He works with more than 1,000 EY clients to help them value securitized products and understand associated risks. His subject-matter expertise spans RMBS, ABS, CMBS, Agency securities, CLOs, mortgage servicing rights (MSRs), esoteric assets, and leveraged, non-performing, re-performing and consumer loans.
Adam has advised on more than 2,000 structured finance transactions across RMBS, ABS, CMBS, Agency securities, CLOs, MSRs and whole-business securitizations. He currently serves in a Quality Review role for new issuance transactions and chairs the EY Pricing Committee. He has led large-scale DFAST, CCAR, OTTI, CECL and Regulation AB
compliance engagements, including high-profile Federal Reserve and OCC consent order matters, as both a subject-matter expert and team
leader.
Before joining EY, Adam held structured finance leadership roles at The Bank of New York, Deloitte, DTCC and Grant Thornton. Adam earned an MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a BS in Economics from Manhattan University.
